Hemorrhoids can develop inside the rectum (internal hemorrhoids) or under the skin around the anus (external hemorrhoids). Fortunately, effective options are available to treat hemorrhoids. 1. Take 1 sachet of EnerFlex PROBIOTIC and 1 sachet of EnerFlex AFA750 in the morning and evening.

2. Drink 2 Litres of warm water daily

3. Eat fibre-rich fruit such as green apple, guava (do not remove fruit's skin) and leafy green vegetable daily

4. Apply Sanofi Lactacyd-hygiene wash to cleanse the itching/bleeding anal twice or thrice daily
